Dan Reynolds Photography is Dan and Lydia Reynolds, wedding photographers and filmmakers based in Peoria, Illinois. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means us. Questions about your information are always welcome: reach us through the contact page.

We only collect what you choose to send us:
- What you enter in our inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, wedding date, location, how you heard about us and your message.
- Anything you send us by email, text or social media.
- If you book with us, the details needed for your contract, payments and the delivery of your photos and films.
Like most websites, the site also receives basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and plan your wedding or session with you.
- To prepare contracts and invoices, and to deliver your galleries and films.
- To contact you about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
What we never do
We will not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.

A few trusted services help us run this site and our business. They handle your information only to provide their service, under their own privacy policies:
- Squarespace hosts this website and receives the inquiry form.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects the form from spam, and Google Analytics shows us how the site is used, in aggregate.
- YouTube and Vimeo play the films embedded on the site.
- Pic-Time and Vidflow host client galleries and films.
Cookies
This site and the services above may use cookies, small files stored by your browser, to keep the site working, protect the form and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features (like embedded films) may not.
Photos and films of you
We love sharing our work. If we photograph or film your wedding or session, we may share some of the images and films on this website and our social media, as described in your contract. If you would rather we didn't share a particular image, just ask and we will take it down.

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We keep inquiries and client records only as long as we need them for your booking, our records and the law.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
