This website is run by Dan Reynolds Photography (Dan and Lydia Reynolds) of Peoria, Illinois. These terms cover your use of the website. Services we provide are covered by a separate written contract, which takes priority over anything on this site.
Our photos and films
Every photo, film, text and design on this site is our work, or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. Please don't download, copy, edit, print or share it, or use it to train AI, without our written permission. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome.
If you are a client, how you may use your own photos and films is set out in your contract and print release.
Pricing and information
We keep the information on this site accurate and current, but packages, prices and availability can change. Prices shown are starting points; your quote and contract confirm the final details. Dates are only reserved once a contract is signed and a retainer is paid.
Inquiries
Sending an inquiry doesn't commit you, or us, to anything. We reply personally, usually within 24 hours. How we handle what you send us is explained in our privacy policy.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as Instagram, YouTube and our client gallery services. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Using the site
The website is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it available and free of errors, but we can't promise it always will be, and we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it, to the extent the law allows.
